The ordering process:

Enquire - The first step is to submit an enquiry form. I will reach out with the form to collect as much information as possible. This will help me to understand your needs and vision. We can then schedule a call to discuss your ideas in more detail if you wish!

Proposal - When I have all the information needed, you will receive a proposal based on your requirements and the quantities needed.

Book - Once you are happy with your quote, I will send you a booking form along with Terms & Conditions and deposit invoice of 50%. Once the invoice is paid and T&C’s are signed, we can start the design process.

Design & Proofs - Based on your material selections I will design a digital proof for you. At this stage you can still review your order and make changes to the materials. Once you are completely happy with your design, you will receive the final invoice. Once the invoice is paid, I can start the production process.

Production - The production time will vary depending on the order volume. This will be discussed during the initial consultation.

Delivery - Once your order is ready, I will carefully pack it and send via a tracked and signed for delivery service.

Q & A

Do you offer material swatches?

Yes, I understand how impotrant is too feel the textures and see the colours in real life. Once you have booked to work with me, I will arrange for the swatch pack to be delivered to you.

Are your designs customisable?

Of course. Due to the handmade nature of the product you can choose from the different linen types, ribbon and foil colours. If you like any of the designs shown on my website, we can then customise it to your vision and esthetics.

Do you offer a bespoke design?

Bespoke design is available.

Production time:

Production time depends on the volume of the order. If your time is limited and you have an urgent order, please contact me directly before booking the consultation.

What techniques are you using for personalisation?

I use foil-press and blind emboss.

Can you design my logo or monogram?

If you don’t have a monogram or logo, I would be happy to design one for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available, and fees are calculated individually. Rates are based on current UK shipping rates.
